It’s just that good.
Oh, the burden of having so many freshly-picked, almost-too-ripe strawberries in the fridge! Our solution? Snack them all down. But I put a bit of a balsamic and basil spin on this classic. Sometimes I just can’t leave well enough alone.
Just stick with your usual biscuit recipe, I’m pretty sure I can’t top that. And make sure the whipped cream is fresh and just a shade sweet.
But this next bit? Is my favorite. I’ll be putting it on all sorts of things this summer.
