Yup, you’ve got it. I’m giving away some lovely ribbons I’ve made for my textile shop.
So where did this come from?
Well, daylight savings seriously has me in a daze. Late afternoon sunshine, balmy breezes and quickly disappearing snowcover all have me thinking of spring. I’m earnestly pulling out my capris and hiding away those heavy wool sweaters. Really, now. It can’t possibly get cold enough to need those till November, right? (Just, tell me I’m right.) For the moment, let’s just say that somehow we’ve avoided mud season in Maine.
You’ll win 5 shades of hand-torn ribbons all made by me. Springtime pastels and brights, shades you might find in those first-to-emerge crocus bulbs. That’s 25 yards of light and bright colorful cotton trims you can use to tie up your Easter baskets, May Day baskets, Mother’s Day gifts and still have plenty left over to keep for special sewing projects.
